upgrade failure - 1.0 - 1.01

Hi after upgrading from 1.0 to 1.01 hoping it would fix some validation error i recently went into... :-)
i had this error: (w is my localdrive)

I think the upgrade zip is missing all of the files in the /components/com_fabrik/ folder so the file it is calling doesn't actually exist. it doesn't even exist in the main component zip file.

is this an oversight Rob? cheers
