This is a minor issue, really, but I thought I would bring it up. When I present a table that is limited to just a user's records, or is pre-filtered in some other way, the filter pulldown include every option in the database, not just options that could be displayed.
For instance, if I prefilter by username by selecting "Users View Only Their Details" in the table setup, it seems that if the user wanted to further filter that list on "Color," then only the colors that that user ever purchased would be in the list rather than any color that any user has every purchased.
Where this becomes much more complex is if the item I want to filter on is much more complex than color. In my case, I wanted a sales rep to be able to see a list of all his orders, but I wanted to be able to filter it on customer ID if they wanted. However, the customer ID filter included EVERY customer ID we ever sold anything to, not just that sales rep's customers.
