Image assosiated with radiobutton - possible

Hi,
I am testing fabrik to see if i can use it for my current project to build a custom form. In this form i need to have images assosiated with each radiobutton and checkboxes. Is this possible ?

Can you give us an example of what you mean by "associated"?
