Sorry for asking so many questions, but need one more answer.
I want the user to fill in an order form (with buttons, pictures and more). In addition to submit the form and send email-confirmations i need the user to print the form.
When printing the form i need the actual look of the form to be printed (showing fields, images and other information). The printed form should look exactly like the form the user filled in.
Is this possible/easy to do? I are not familiar with php and css coding, so.......
Really appreciate if you can answer this for me also. Thank you so much.

Hi Jeanette,
You can activae the print icon by going to Component/Fabrik/Form in you're Joomla admin, select the desired form and go to the options tab and activate the print icon.
All the best,

Hi Graylan,
and thanks for your answer. When i use the print icon only the values are printed. I want the actual look of the form to be printed, and not only the values.
Hope you understand what i mean?
Is this possible ?

Hi Janette,
I understand what you mean, however beyond what is curently provided you will have to create a template with the appropriate CSS to accomidate your needs.
Template design and CSS are covered in the manual.
In addition Fabrik offers custom services. You can request a quote for services at this linki:

I hope this helps,

Hi Jeanette,
I don't think you need to do programming as much as you need some design work. :)

are you using internet explorer? i think what you actually need to do is go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Then select "Print background colours and Images"
is this what you mean? could be a pain in the arse to get all clients to do that though :(

Hi wilfy,
Yes, i am using IE, and i checked the option and i did not have the "Print background colors and images" selected. But i cannot expect the users to do this, cause the form is an order form to be used random by "who-ever-wants-to-order" :-)
But i think this is possible to do this without doing anything with that option i IE, that is the impression i have received from this forum. So i need to assume this will work....
