Need Captcha - quickly ;)

I have Fabrik 1.0.3 in one of my production sites. To install the captcha plugin do I need to upgrade to v2.0a?
If yes, how?

The captacha plugin is only for 2.0a onwards, and I wouldnt recommend running it on a production site (its Alpha code)

Someone else on the forum suggested a quick alternative was to create a field with the question "what is 2 * 10" and then validate that element against the result "10" - this would stop most formbots.
