Problems with Displaying records

We have used the Tutorial for Job Application and added many jobs the problems we are having is the email is not being sent, and the applicant is being sent to a blank page after submission.

Also when we display all the applicants (more then 50) the pages 2 3 etc does not work. (also tried changing the settings to show 100 etc no luck, and also on the backend chaning the show rows number from 50 to 100.

If possible get the 1.0.4 code from the SVN - details of how to do that are here:

Or another option is to get the1.0.4 beta release which I posted in the downloads section:

If you still get a blank page, check your servers errror logs and report the error back here and I will take a further look

Still no luck,

The error in IE is 'form.limitstart' is not null or an object.
