Yes, it's possible in list settings Group By -> Template
you can write

{placeholder}

(like this {tablename___elementname})

but i don't know how to use your solution for what i want.
i search similar to :

but for a group, not a form

i didn't find something to restrict the display on a group inside a form (containing other groups).
but thanks for your help.

You can't link to a group but you can create an additional form with only this group:

• Copy the list, this will create a new set of list/form/groups/elements
• Unpublish/delete all groups/elements you don't need (DON'T delete the database columns, original and copied list are linked to the same underlying database table)

or

• create a new list pointing to the database table (this will create one form/group/+elements of all database columns)
• Unpublish/delete all elements you don't need (DON'T delete the database columns, original and copied list are linked to the same underlying database table)

then

• Link to the new (reduced) form
