External Connection Database Access

Hello,
Is there any improvement in Fabrik so as to query external databases using other driver than mysql or mysqli ?
Personnaly, I would use it to query an Oracle database.

hello,
I had a no solution about table join with an external table for a long time.
Fabrik connection has a risk even if there is Oracle driver. The risk is around a table join. but if it is not necessary , or known it how to avoid it, it does not matter.
And then Fabrik4 is going to be no support the connection plugin at first build (I read it at fabrik wiki on Git). I'm sorry to the answer is negative...
