Problem with buttons

This is usually a problem with your Joomla template not using or overriding the standard Joomla bootstrap (you can use the Protostar template coming with Joomla to test).
You can add the missing icon codes in custom_css.php of the Fabrik list template (best is to post a link to your list), but if your Joomla template is not compatible with Protostar there may be additional issues (e.g. with JS).

As per Troester's response, we'll need to see your page. It is almost certainly a site template issue, but we'd have to be able to examine your page source to be sure.

Ah, yeah, don't put your admin login details in posts. Use the My Sites link (left side of any of you posts).

Yup, it's some CSS in your site template, which is adding some non-standard icon using the :before pseudo selector for icon-delete and icon-remove.

Here's quick Jing video showing you the difference between the standard J! Bootstrap CSS, and yours:

You'll need to look at the standard JS CSS, in the Protostar template, and copy the correct definitions for the :before selector into a custom CSS for your list(s). See the wiki for how to add custom CSS files.

We are in need of some funding.

Thank you.
