If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

How to translate element labels for multi language site

In general you can use language strings as element labels, e.g. MY_ELEMENT and add the translations you need in the language overrides.
Falang is a Joomfish fork.
Old Fabrik2 had Joomfish content elements included

Yes, indeed and this work very well. I did the following:
a) I went to the Administration interface - Language manager and then overrides.
b) I created in each language an override for the column labels and also for the content itself.
c) In Fabrik - elements I put instead of the label of the elements the name of the override.
For example I have created an override named "COUNTRY" and i defined its translation for the 6 languages I have on my site.
Then I put in the label of the "country" elements of my list the name of the override i.e. COUNTRY.
d) After this if I change the language I can see all the labels in the right language for which i defined an override.
On top of this I have defined override for the content also in order to have the value "Femme" instead of "Woman" in my list when using French language and this works also.
