Hi All:
I have a customer that runs a NOSQL database with non-structured data stores. We have the ability to write procedures to query and return result sets and to update these data sources. But the queries are not SQL but more like XML responses. Anyway, I'd love to develop some fabrik apps and connect them to these services and use Fabrik to manage the records in this database. I realize Fabrik is very SQL-centric but wondered about techniques that might be employed to allow for such a connection to a Non-SQL data store.
This data is very dynamic and while it might be possible to replicate the NoSQL data to SQL tables in MySQL then write the app against it, I was hoping for something that could directly use the procedure calls as a source of data instead of bouncing it through SQL tables.
Any thoughts?
