Bulk File Upload

I have a 'file upload' Fabrik element... it uploads to '/images/stories/' folder in joomla AND a reference in the form of "/images/stories/image01.png' is written to the database element column for each upload.

I have 1600 images to upload... to cut the work short...
i bulk uploaded the files to /images/stories/ folder and changed the corresponding database references in the element column...
Does not work!
How to go about it ?
Help appreciated.

I am not sure, but I had a more or less similar question. Toester advised me to change the upload to Ajax upload in the file upload options.

Ajax won't handle 1600 images at once..

MMM, I didn't know that. Can;t you split them?

So you have 1600 records with one image for each and a non-ajax upload element?
Should do.
Do one manual upload and compare the exact settings (slashes...).
If you have the upload element set to thumbnails, crop, show xy in list/form/details... you must create and upload these images, too.
