Fileupload isnotempty validation always fails

I have 2 elements on a repeating group, one is a fileupload and the other is a dropdown. The fileupload has an isnotempty validation on it and it always fails not matter what I choose. The dropdown validation passes to it is not another element failing that is causing the browser to clear the fileupload and then display the error as was suggested in the previous post.

Problem can be seen at my ALG-Test site. Once logged in go to Club Administration->Committees->Document Upload. Choose any item in the dropdown (anything but please select) and then choose any pdf file for upload.

Is this an ajax fileupload?

Thanks Troester. I did look at that thread but I am not using Ajax upload, just a simple upload. It is in a repeated group though. The validation fails whether there is one repeat or more.

OK, comitted a change which should fix this.

I don't think all possible permutations will work yet ... like I don't think "AJAX upload in repeat group" will work, but we're getting there, slowly!

But it should fix 'simple upload in repeat group'.
