Placeholder text justification

Currently the placeholder text is being shown in the center for field text, but for text area it is on left..
How can we make it left/ center justified for all.
Can we have placeholder for captcha also.

Currently the placeholder text is being shown in the center for field text

It is not with standard Protostar template. It must be your Joomla template setting this, so you have to reset this CSS setting.
