Fabrik error on log in with wrong data

I am getting 500 error when I try to log in with not correct data. For example with wrong password or email instead of username.
Unfortunately website is on localhost, but I attached the screenshot.
I have no idea what is going on.

It works when I change in the query :{$Itemid}) to '{$Itemid})'
