fetch record in a placeholder

can i fetch a record id or record details through placeholder { } as i use placeholder in the log form plugin and need to specify which record on the list was edited ?

Response time in Standard is 3 days, bumping next day won't typically help.

Try {rowid}.

i tried it , it shows just a number , i think its the row id .... how can specify which the row edited or added ?
