• Hello Fabrik Community

Fabrik is now in the hands of the development team that brought you Fabrik for Joomla 4. We have recently transitioned the Fabrik site over to a new server and are busy trying to clean it up. We have upgraded the site to Joomla 4 and are running the latest version of Fabrik 4. We have also upgraded the Xenforo forum software to the latest version. Many of the widgets you might have been used to on the forum are no longer operational, many abandoned by the developers. We hope to bring back some of the important ones as we have time.

    Exciting times to be sure.

The Fabrik 4.0 Official release is now available. In addition, the Fabrik codebase is now available in a public repository. See the notices about these in the announcements section

We wish to shout out a very big Thank You to all of you who have made donations. They have really helped. But we can always use more...wink..wink..

Also a big Thank You to those of you who have been assisting others in the forum. This takes a very big burden off of us as we work on bugs, the website and the future of Fabrik.

Hi please help, when i try to use the fabrik module form i get this errors. Does anyone knows how to resolve them?(i am using joomla 2.5 fabrik 3.0.9)

Warning
: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in ....\components\com_fabrik\models\element.php on line 1960
Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in ....plugins\fabrik_element\user\user.phpon line 596

What are your user element settings?

The error line doesn't match the recent 2.5 GitHub, maybe you should update (after backup) to get the latest version (but Joomla2.5 is not longer supported).

Here are my user settings (attache file)... How do i migrate to the newer version? Do i need to upgrade from joomla 2.5 to 3.1, is that process doable or i need to create a new site?

You could try updating to the latest Fabrik 3.0 code from github, see if that fixes it.

Upgrading from J! 2.5 and Fabrik 3.0 to J! 3.x and Fabrik 3.1+ can be a painful process, because so much changed in J! between 2.5 and 3. There is a Wiki page on doing this. Whether you do an upgrade, or rebuild your site from scratch, kind of depends on how large and complex your site / Fabrik app is.
