icons for tabs in tabbed form

I have a tabbed form which contain of two groups , i need to put an icons beside the text of each tab on this form ?? how can i do this pls ?

also this tabbed form has two groups (forms ) which submits data entered , i need to know when press submit button , the data of two groups(forms) submitted in one list ? how i separate them ? as they already two different forms but i gathered them in one tabbed form ?

Hi
You will need to create a custom template:
copy components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl/bootstrap_tabs and rename it to bootstrap_tabs_icons
Edit your form and select this new template as the form template.
Then go into the file default.php and edit

                            {

adding in the icons you need, so something like:

I'm using icons on tabs. Did it with css for every tab:

content: "?";
font-family: fontawesome;
}
