User can editing menu item

How can I set, that user can editing menu item (options / show in list ),but, only editing menu item ; not
access the back-end.Is it possible and how.

Not sure what you mean. Something like "Toggle columns" in the list's "Filter" settings?

BTW: You won't get a quicker answer if you are bumping community post several times a day. And you don't need to quote every post.

I think of menu item. Can I from front-end ,access menu-item manager (not whole admin back-and) and editing menu item.
