Filter-PopUp does not open after Upgrade to 3.8.1

just upgraded to 3.8.1.
Filtering lists works fine with "filters=above".
Setting list>Filter>Filters to "PopUp" shows the "Filter-Button" in List-View, but this button does not open any pop-up!

OK, I'll take a look. I probably won't do a 3.8.2, just update the 3.8.1 ZIPs so it's not a problem from here on, and those whove already updated can either manually update from the ZIP, or do a github.

I'll wait a few more days to see what other issues come up with 3.8.1, then either just update the existing ZIPs, or do a 3.8.2.

Meanwhile, anyone needing a quick fix can either do a full github update (wee wiki) or just apply this fix by hand on the single changed file.

You can close solved threads by unchecking "open" in Thread Tools.
