Enhanced multiselect dropdown loading issue

Hello,
I am using dbjoinelemnt element with enhanced multiselect dropdown option .
I am facing a problem with dropdown , initially while page loading the list displayed in enlarge form(All items are visible and no effect of chosen library)for some moment and then it regain the desired feel and shape of dropdown list.

Yup, this might be a problem sometimes. You can set "multilist size" to 1 in element settings which reduces the visibility of the effect.

Or you can try doing something like the last post in your link suggested, that is initially hide the element. Add the css to your form template's custom css file. Then add the "fade in" code to your form element javascript.
