Hello. i have just created a new list with some elements. But in the list view, the page says :

An error has occurred.
500 Fabrik has generated an incorrect query for the list Form A 2017 Updated: <br />​

Kindly could you help.

Did it not give you the actual query? Try enabling Fabrik debug (global options).

What element type is copies_of_certificate_of_employment_updated?

For some reason it's missing a table name in the query. It looks like it's either a join element set to checkbox, or an upload set to AJAX.

Try editing that element, sanity checking the settings, and saving it.
