ACL for elements, list and Add button

When I set Access privileges under list to the buttons for lists the add button still appears for a group that shouldn't be able to see the add button. My ACL is set up like this

Registered
- Property
- - Crew
- - - Supervisor

Property can see themselves and Registered
Crew can see Property and registered and themselves
Supervisor sees all.

When Add button set to Crew, Property still sees the add button. Same thing with the element, however there everyone sees everything. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

You are showing your groups.
Fabrik access is done via access levels.

So it depends on your group - access level assignment (which is Joomla, not Fabrik).

This is how my access level is configured.
Property can see themselves and Registered
Crew can see Property and registered and themselves
Supervisor sees all.

so Property should not see the add button.

Access levels don't have a "hierarchie", it depends on how you assign them to your groups.
What do you mean with "can see" and "themselves"? Groups and accesslevels are different "things", it doesn't matter if you use the same names (it's rather confusing if you do).

This has nothing to do with Fabrik, it's all Joomla.
