Are there ANY better looking views for the forms?

It's the CSS of your 2013 Joomla template "UltraHost" which is styling the form.
What's "a better look or visual"? If you want the form to appear like e.g. the contact forms on your site (which are made with the extension "Creative Contact Form" which comes with its own CSS), you can either modify or override your template CSS to match it, or create Fabrik overrides and change all form element classes to the ones of Creative Contact Form.
