Calculate Date Difference

Hi

How would one calculate the date difference between two selected dates, i.e. Date In and Date Out?

The two fields are:

reservation___date_in

reservation___date_out

Also, if the difference is more than 10 days to display a message or if the Date Out is before the Date In.

Any help will be appreciated.

Are you really on Joomla2.5 (this is Fabrik3.0/Joomla2.5 forum).

Where do you want to calculate, in a validation?
You can use a php validation, you can define the validation message.

For calcutating with dates you should use reservation___date_in_raw (to get the unformatted date).
