Cascade Drop Down in list filter not clearing results

I have setup a database join and CCD field to allow filtering of data in the list view (in the locations table outlined below).

I have the following tables and fields:

Table 1: Region
Table 2 fields: (id, region)

Table 2: Town
Table 2 fields: (id, region id, town)

Table 3: Locations
Table 3 fields: (id, region (database join), town (CCD), field4, field5, field6, etc.)

All records load when the page is first called (that is good). When I filter the list by just the region, I am able to back out to the full list by selecting all from the drop down (that is good too). But when I select region and then town, I am unable to back out to the full list of records by resetting region (that is bad). I have to first set town back to please select and then set region back to all, or the filter remains in place. I want to be able to reset the filter by selecting all in the region filter.

Can you try changing your List's filter trigger to 'submit' rather than 'change', i.e. so you have a "Go" button.
