Change date plugin to show first week day as Monday globally

Hi

I am using Fabrik on several sites (loving it) and want to know if there is a way to change the date plugin so Monday is the first week day by default every time I install a date field. It would speed up my productivity heaps as all my clients want their weeks to start on Monday here in Australia

I can't find an option (although I may be blind) to do this in Fabrik's global options or in the plugin itself

I can only do it field by field which is a bit top heavy time wise

Happy to hack the plugin code if someone could tell me where to change this option

Check the following language file or whatever language you are using:
/language/en-GB/en-GB.xml

Change <firstDay>0</firstDay> to <firstDay>1</firstDay>
