1. Fabrik 3.8.1 has been released. It is mostly bug fixes and feature enhancements, but does include two new plugins (push notifications, and the sequence element). As usual we strongly recommend testing the new release on a sandbox if your application is mission critical, and always do an Akeeba backup before updating.

    Hi

    I want to create a search form and need to use query strings. but how can I do this?
    In fact, I need a max and min price field for the search.

    I already read this article:
    http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/create-a-search-form/

    But it does not describe this method.
    for example, this is a query string:
    Code (Text):
    ?tablename___time_date[value][]=foo
    But this is static. How can I pass the output of my search form elements to this query? what should I write instead of foo ?

    Thanks

    you can use element placeholders {your-full-elementname}
    in a search form without saving to the database it's {___your-element}
