CSS & Code for Edit, View, Delete buttons in list

Where is the code that generates the Edit / View / Delete buttons on each line of a list in the 3.1b Bootstrap list template?

In the generated code (seen in View HTML), there's a line which says

<i class="icon-delete icon-minus"></i>

which produces the minus sign from my template; however, I want to use a different icon - icon-remove. Unless there's a better way to do this, I need to change icon-delete to icon-remove and eliminate the icon-minus. But I couldn't find where that code gets added.

PS - also need it for the Delete button in the list heading.

Its not going to be easy to change the markup however you should just be able to change the css, check out what css is applied to icon-remove and apply it to the icon-minus class as well.
