custom css for element in form

Hello

I tried to set up a custom form with the custom_css.php file in bootstrap templates. I want to change the background of the form fields that are in white and yellow when the mouse is over. I tried to do it with
# $ form #t_list___elementname {
background: #cecece;
}
as in http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/css-styling-examples-fabrik3-3/
But it does not work. The css of the fields and the form seems governed by the file \\ mysite \ media \ com_fabrik \ css \ fabrik.css and the file http: //mysite / cache / stools_assets / e4b2cb332b4ee1336c71a34f18b6ae92.css.
Can anyone help me ?
thank you in advance

Can you paste the whole of the content of the file, and use the Insert button in this editor to insert it as "Code" so it retains formatting.

Thank you for your reply.
Sorry for the late response but it actually works. I emptied the caches but it did not work in the evening but the next morning, miracle, it works with this code!

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
