Disappered menu in related list add(edit) - if I use module to display related list

Hello,
I use module to show list at main page. This list has related list. list1->list2. At list1 I have list2 preview and add. Menu is shown everythere (in form after I press add and preview). I go to page with list 2 (menu - ok) and from list2 I use add(edit). Form is opened and no menu on it....

If I don't use module everything is OK. Is it bug? I can do nothing with this...

What do you mean with menu, the Joomla menu?
Did you select a "Related menu item" in your list module "Advanced" setting?
