dreamwaver layout

    i would like to know if it's possible to use dreamweaver to modify
    the form or table layout


    i use it to change the joomla theme

    Not really, no.

    Changes to layouts need to be made either by modifying the CSS, through overriding or adding a custom_css.php, or by cloning a template and modifying the PHP.

    Basically, what you need is a text editor to modify the php files, so you can use Dreamweaver if you are familiar with it (and you have it), otherwise any free editor (TextWrangler, Komodo Edit,...) will do.
