email address cloaking

Hi,
in my Joomla, "content - email cloaking" is turn on.
I have a form showing email address.

Can this address be fetched by bots?

Where is that? In a list, details view, form view?

We need more details on exactly what you are doing, and preferably a link to see the page.

What I am saying here is although cloaking is turned on by default in Joomla, the full & complete email address is still showing in the html code.
So I assume Bot still can be retrieve the email directly from the code. My assumption is that the cloaking would make or obscure the email into segments.
So if Joomla cloaking is turn on, the html code for email address on the Fabrik form or detail would be changed to segments.
Honestly, I don't know how coding work for cloaking. So I might be wrong.
I am working on local system. Once online, I'll post a link.

You may want to try the email cloaking plugin from Regularlabs (https://www.regularlabs.com/). It's usually working better than Joomla!'s.
