Error relate to fabrik when upgrate joomla from 2.5.14 to 3.1.5

I would try (didn't test it):
Copy your J!2.5/F3.0 site
edit fabrik connection
Install Fabrik3.1b (the downloaded version "...For both Joomla 2.5 & Joomla 3....") via Joomla installer
update from GitHub (joomla3 branch)
Then update to Joomla3

I did this all.
After update to Joomla 3 i get again the same message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JXMLElement::data() in /var/www/cc.joomla315/plugins/system/cdscriptegrator/includes/JScriptegrator.php on line 65

when comment out this line 65 i get an message at frot page:

Extension requires Core Design Scriptegrator plugin, version 2.5.x.2.1.8 or higher.

Where did you get this plugin from, it has nothing to do with Fabrik.
If you are updating from Joomla2.5 to j!3 you must check if all your extensions, components, plugins etc are J!3-ready.

So update (or delete) this plugin.

As troester says, thats a system plugin, which is not related to fabrik. Try upublishing it.
