1. Fabrik 3.8.1 has been released. It is mostly bug fixes and feature enhancements, but does include two new plugins (push notifications, and the sequence element). As usual we strongly recommend testing the new release on a sandbox if your application is mission critical, and always do an Akeeba backup before updating.

Fabrik Calc Plugin - Store value in DB?

    I am using the Fabrik Calc plugin to calculate two other elements:

    $totalucount = ({DC_Inventory_Tool_Main___HighRU} - {DC_Inventory_Tool_Main___LowRU} + 1); return $totalucount;

    This works great - however - I would really like it to store the value in the DB, so that I can do my own reporting on these values.

    Is there another way to accomplish this?

    Also - I enabled the SUM for this element (fabrik calc) and it is not calculating (only showing "SUM: ") - possibly because the values are not in the db as well?

    Many thanks!

    I'll have a look.

    It *should* store the result of the calc regardless of 'only calc on save' setting, when the form is saved.

    What version of Fabrik are you running? You sig says 2.0.3b, which was about a thousand SVN revisions ago ...
