Fixed Fabrik Form - Log | Log types empty

Hi,

F!4.2 + J!4.4.6
I am using the 'Fabrik Form - Log' form plugin in a couple of forms in my websites.
I realized that the DB table #___fabrik_change_log_types is empty while should have the log types.
Looking back in an old F!3.x I see there were 11 records as follows:

I don't recall to delete these records on my F!4.2 site.
Unfortunately I cannot say if it was done when I updated to the latest F! version or it was deleted even before.
However I report it here for investigation...

Confirmed. The table is created but the INSERT is missing.

I never used this plugin.
Can you remember if the emailing was ever working?

Never used the emailing function of this plugin (even in F!3) so I cannot tell.
However, for testing purposes, I enabled now and I will report.

Yes, I saw this while testing (wasn't there an other thread about log plugin?)
I assume it was not working in F3, too, I can't see any related code.

Not working in F3 too. Just tested it.

The tooltip says:

Is it going to work on F4.x or not?
