Front end form creation

Hello
Is it possible to use Fabrik in building a component where the end user can create forms rather than the forms being predetermined?

So for example the form being created is a questionnaire and the end user wants to create their own. So they can submit the question text and then add another and another etc?

Nope. All form creation is done through the backend.
