Helix3 JS error - Cannot read property '$tip' of undefined

First of all thanks late night fix of my account cheesegrits.

I use Helix3 framwork. When I open popup form and scroll it I get js error 'Cannot read property '$tip' of undefined'.

When I open form in main browser window there is no error only in popup. See attached image.

Can we fix this?

I forgot to mention I use J3.8.1 and Fabrik 3.8.

Yeah, I noticed this on my Helix 3 test pages. Hadn't had time to get to it yet, but I'll have a look now.

It's the same with latest T3/BS3 framework. With Gantry and other non BS3 frameworks it works perfect.

Yeah. I can kinda see what's happening, I'm trying to find a solution that works for all frameworks.

Any news? I'm in a deadline project and this issue causes me javascript errors which prevent the corresct form submission. Let me know if I can help to check something.

Thanks for the help cheesegrits. Latest github update solved my issue.
