Hide filter when prefilter?

Is there a way to hide the filters if the list is opened with a prefilter?

I have a list that I use like that and then I need the filter part but I also use it in the footer of a detail form where I open it with the filter defined in the call : {fabrik view=list id=49 bcv_aanwezigheden___les_id=[rowid]}
There it would be better as the filter is hidden as it has no function.

You can hide it with CSS or you can copy your list, disable filtering and use this list in your footer.
