It's a date_time element.
You can define list and form format without time part.

I had set that.But still display 00:00:00

Where do you get this? It doesn't look like a standard Fabrik output?

Yes,I make custom template.I find reason now.It is because I change "->element_raw" to "->element".It is OK now. Many thanks!
