We have now opened a commercial services section here on the forum for registered users. If you have a Fabrik project that you wish to have someone work on for you, post it under Help Wanted. If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

Because you're looking in the wrong place.
Please read @troester's post again. So, then edit the relevant Joomla menu item for the list -> tab "Fabrik List Options" -> parameter "Reset filters".
Ok, the tabs are doing resetfilters and clearfilters.
You can add an override to your list template for default_tabs.php (or create a custom list template with modified default_tabs.php, see WIKI for how to) to change the resetfilters/clearfilters params in the href.
But no idea if this may have side effects.
