Is Fabrik suited for this app?

Hi,
I am wondering if Fabrik can be used for this application. I want to develop a client program which talks to an RDBMS such as Oracle or postgresql. This client program fetches records from RDBMS and writes updates to RDBMS.
OS is Linux. Pls advise.

Fabrik is meant for Joomla.
joomla does not support Oracle

It support mysql and mysqli, you can use any one and can have fun with Fabrik

It will certainly can fetch record and can update the record in database.
