Is possible insert a repeteable, inside of another repeteable ?

i have list-1, database-1, with group-1 (repeteable) and 2 elements in list view
i have list-2. database-2, with group-2 (repeteable) and 3 elements in table view

i want to create a type of module..

would be possible.. put the 3 elements of grup-2 (with + - buttons) inside of grup-1 (with + - buttons)

the idea is;
if i touch + - in group-2... ONLY the elements of group 2 will repeat

if i touch +- in group-1 .. All the elements.. group-1 and group-2 will repeat..

i have read you can have more than one repetable in the same form... but only in the same level.. this will be in 2 diferents leves... one inside another.. maybe is not possible!!

I tried this as well, I do not think it is possible. Only the last join can be repeatable.
