Joomla, WordPress & vBulletin user sync

Is there a possibility to sync user between Joomla, WordPress & vBulletin using Fabrik?

You can link a Fabrik list to any database table and use php hooks (list, form) to do something.
But it's up to you if you are using/modifying Joomla's or 3rd component's core tables.
