Make an element disapear/appear

I have a yes/no element "Musician" and a text element "Instrument". I want the "Instrument" element to be visible only if "Musician" is set to yes. I've tried the addins, but can't just seem to make it work right.

It should just work with the "Javascript" events setting on the YesNo element.

You'll need three:

onload - if this is 0 hide element instrument
onclick - if this is 0 hide element instrument
onclick - if this is 1 show element instrument
