Pre-Filter selection on menu entries

I'm trying to set a prefilter on the menu item for a list. When I click on the "select" button, i get the popup, but I can't change any of the options.

Tried using IE, Chrome and Firefox.

are you using the latest code from github? I tested and it works for me
