Thanks for reporting.

Deprecated messages are only warnings related to future php versions, only showing up if you set your J! error reporting level to max.

Lower your J! error reporting level (if you don't want explicitely test).

Otherwise e.g. popup forms, ajax validations etc. won't do because such messages (warnings, notices) may break expected responses in ajax calls.
