Put list items one below the other

Hello,
i have a list with several elements including 2 date elements.
I have an effective date and expiry date visible in the list ...

At the moment the list is displayed like this:

Is it possible to view the list in this other way ?:

You can create a custom template or you can add a calc element combining the 2 dates and use this in list view.
