Show a record in both form and details view

I needed to show a details view of a record in detail view and from view of a form (app_replies) then I used the cold listed below by place holder in form/details/Introduction:

{fabrik view=details id=3 rowid=[app_replies___assessment_id_raw] show-title=0 resetfilters=1}

It shows the related record in the form based on "rowid=[app_replies___assessment_id_raw]" but the problem that is when I submit the form and view the record, it shows an empty form of related record with submitted record,
How can I show the related record in both details view and form?
