Show row to multiple users

Hi guys

I would like to do the following in Fabrik:

Have a users list which links to their joomla account - I know how to set this up
Have other lists that only show the rows created to the user on the front end - I know how to set this up
Let the user share the viewing and editing of the row with another user or multiple other users - I'm at a loss how to do this

I am prepared to build tables with users, roles, teams, permissions, etc. however I don't know how to achieve the sharing option

Looking for guidance from someone who may have attempted same or similar or just knows how to do it in fabrik

Don't want to use Joomla groups for this as it would create way too many groups

If you have tables with users, permissions etc. you can add list prefilter, list caneditrow plugin, list canviewrow plugin.
In prefilters you can use type "Query" or "Eval" to create complex conditions.
In the canedit/canviewrow plugins you also have a php hook ( "Advanced" tab) to evaluate complex conditions.
